Welcome to the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for the MRI Performance Subscribe & Save Program (“Subscribe & Save”). These Terms between you and MRI Performance (“MRI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and outline your rights and obligations when using our subscription service powered by Seal Subscriptions.

By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and anyone using this service under your account. Please read them carefully.

Your participation in Subscribe & Save is also governed by our Website Terms and Condition and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms.

1. Subscription Benefits

The benefits of Subscribe & Save, as listed on our website, are incorporated into these Terms.

MRI Performance may modify program benefits at any time, including:

·       Discount percentages

·       Product eligibility

·       Delivery frequency options

·       Availability of subscription items

Changes will apply to future subscription orders, including existing active subscriptions.

Prices, taxes, product availability, and shipping costs may vary from shipment to shipment.

2. Eligibility & Eligible Purchases

·       Subscribe & Save is available only for shipments within the United States.

·       Only products displaying the “Subscribe & Save” option are eligible.

·       Promotional subscription offers apply only during the promotional period and only to qualifying products.

·       Subscriptions remain active while inventory is available.

All returns are subject to our Shipping & Return Policy.

Subscribe & Save is void where prohibited by law.

3. Renewal, Payment & Cancellation

Automatic Renewals

By enrolling, you authorize MRI Performance to automatically process and fulfill subscription orders on your chosen schedule, using the Seal Subscriptions billing system.

Pricing

Each subscription shipment will be billed at:

·       The product price on the date the order is processed

·       Minus any applicable Subscribe & Save discount

·       Plus applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges

Prices may change at any time. Updated pricing will appear in your subscription dashboard.

Payment Authorization

·       Charges will be applied to the payment method you provided during enrollment unless updated in your account.

·       If a payment fails, you authorize MRI Performance and Seal Subscriptions to attempt the charge again or use another valid payment method associated with your account.

4. Cancellation Policy — Minimum Two Shipments Required

By signing up for Subscribe & Save, you agree to a minimum of two (2) subscription shipments before cancellation is permitted.

·       You may skip a shipment at any time before processing.

·       You cannot cancel your subscription until after two shipments have been successfully delivered.

After the second shipment:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Subscription Management page by selecting “Cancel Subscription,” provided you do so at least seven (7) business days before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests made fewer than seven (7) business days before the next billing date may not take effect until the following subscription cycle. If you reactivate a canceled subscription, pricing or discounts may differ from your original enrollment.

5. Other Limitations

·       Subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared outside your household.

·       MRI Performance may refuse or delay shipments due to inventory limitations, safety considerations, or account issues.

·       You will not be charged for any shipment canceled by MRI Performance.

6. Termination by MRI Performance

MRI Performance may terminate your subscription at any time. If we terminate your subscription after you have been billed but before your order ships, we will issue a full refund for that shipment.

No refund will be issued if termination results from:

·       Suspected fraud

·       Abuse of the subscription program

·       Violation of these Terms

·       Violation of any applicable law

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds for Subscribe & Save shipments follow the MRI Performance Shipping & Return Policy.

Subscribe & Save is void where prohibited.

8. Changes to These Terms

MRI Performance may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Your continued participation in Subscribe & Save after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription after meeting the minimum shipment requirement.
