I am a 61 year old that has been passionate about lifting for over 40 years. As one gets older, blood pressure becomes an issue. Age overrides salt intake unfortunately. This product not only makes my lifting and tennis (other passion) better but also my blood pressure: widen blood flow, lower BP. Citrulline and Nitrosigine are the powerhouses. I add a scoop of beet powder too. For protein, 3 raw eggs in the mix. Lift, be happy, eat well!
