This is the only pre-workout supplement you need. The correct amount of Citrulline and Nitrosigine to be highly effective. . I just add beet powder too. This will keep your blood pressure healthy and make your workouts efficient. You shouldn't need a stimulant, but if you do, get a dbl espresso. Fruit punch my favorite flavor. Enjoy! Does not get better.
